Deine Aufgaben

To expand our team, we are looking for someone starting in January 2026

Your mission

You drive new sales and ensure the continued growth of existing customer accounts
You establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant market stakeholders
You maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service standards
You build Maytoni’s brand presence by creating a strong commercial network and identifying new business opportunities
You work closely with the Sales Director to align local strategies with global objectives

Dein Profil

Your profile

You have professional experience in field sales, especially in the acquisition of new customers 
You have proven track record in sales management within the lighting, design, or home décor industry (B2B focus)
Strong network within the Italian retail or wholesale or interior design sectors or architectural industries
You are willing to travel extensively within North Italy and occasionally internationally
